Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. To ensure fairness to both tutors and other students, please adhere to the following guidelines: 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Free Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Late Cancellation/No Show: Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, or fail to show up for your session, you will be charged the full session fee. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for late cancellations or missed appointments. No Show: If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to notify us in advance, this will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise. If you miss a session due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility, but we cannot guarantee a refund. Tutor Cancellations: In the unlikely event that your assigned tutor needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund. You will not be charged for sessions canceled by the tutor. Refunds: Eligible Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for sessions that were canceled in accordance with the above policy or if the tutor fails to show up without rescheduling the session. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and you will be notified once the refund is processed.
